Trabajo de alumnas del grupo martes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Hola a todos! Esta vez, aparte de las fechas para los talleres de diciembre, os voy a hablar de algo muy estimulante para mi, y os contar\u00e9 historias alrededor de Zentangle.<\/p>\n

Estoy convencida de los beneficios que nos aporta este m\u00e9todo, \u00a0de los que ya hemos hablado en anteriores ocasiones: Aumenta la autoestima, (nos convencemos de que somos artistas), estimula la creatividad (podemos crear arte), \u00a0relajaci\u00f3n mental (nos ausentamos del entorno, damos un respiro a nuestro cerebro) y otros que ir\u00e1n saliendo en futuras entregas.<\/p>\n

Estos beneficios nos vienen bien a todos.<\/p>\n

Pero hay grupos de personas para quienes son necesarios. Deber\u00edan ser obligatorios.<\/p>\n

Todos conocemos a alguien, seguro, verdad?<\/p>\n

En mi caso, gracias a la Solidarity Fun Foundation<\/a><\/strong>, puedo, de vez en cuando, \u00a0acercar Zentangle a personas con c\u00e1ncer, a sus cuidadores, a los terapeutas…<\/p>\n

\"Historias<\/a><\/p>\n

Y observo que es algo que les ofrece una salida “mental” a su estado. Durante el rato en que practicamos Zentangle, todo lo dem\u00e1s nos es ajeno, es como si en ese momento nada nos afecta, nada nos importa… Y adem\u00e1s, al terminar la tesela, ese miedo del “no me va a salir”, “es que yo no se dibujar”, “voy a hacer un churro”, \u00a1uy, ya me he confundido…!”, desaparece completamente, y solo veo sus sonrisas de emoci\u00f3n, cuando ven que han\u00a0\u00a0sido capaces de dibujar algo precioso, asunto sobre el\u00a0que no ten\u00edan ninguna confianza.<\/p>\n

En esos momentos, adoro mi trabajo.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s de estar decidida a extender Zentangle por Espa\u00f1a, voy a intentar que nos convenzamos todos de la enorme capacidad motivadora que puede tener en la persona que lo practica.<\/p>\n

Ojal\u00e1 GEPAC<\/a><\/strong> y Solidarity Fun Foundation<\/a><\/strong>, me permitan acompa\u00f1arles en algunos de\u00a0sus proyectos. Siempre aprendo mucho m\u00e1s de lo que ense\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

Y ahora os voy a contar una\u00a0preciosa historia.<\/p>\n

El d\u00eda 21 de noviembre impart\u00ed un taller e Iniciaci\u00f3n al Zentangle en Granada, en Bot\u00f3n en Rama<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hab\u00eda 7 participantes, una de ellas, \u00a0Patricia Mart\u00edn Altieri, es ciega de nacimiento. P\u00e9rdida de visi\u00f3n del 100% en un ojo, y del 85% en el otro. (En la foto, est\u00e1 al fondo)<\/p>\n

Esto fue impactante para mi, no sab\u00eda muy bien cual iba a ser el resultado.<\/p>\n

Tuve que darle un rotulador de punta 05, porque con el 01 no ve\u00eda la linea, y dibujaba totalmente inclinada sobre la mesa, \u00a0a 10 cm. de la tesela.<\/p>\n

Pero hizo el taller entero, lo disfrut\u00f3 enormemente, y al terminar me pidi\u00f3 que la avisara cuando volviese a Granada, porque quer\u00eda repetir. Era la primera vez que pod\u00eda crear algo con sus manos, y con su escasa visi\u00f3n, y estaba entusiasmada.<\/p>\n

Y yo tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n

Le ped\u00ed permiso para contar su historia, y me dijo que le gustar\u00eda mucho que lo hiciera.<\/p>\n

“Yo no me pongo l\u00edmites a mi misma, que ya tengo bastantes. As\u00ed que, intento hacer todo lo que me gustar\u00eda hacer. Si lo consigo, fenomenal, y si no lo consigo, al menos lo he intentado. Y nunca pensar\u00e9 si podr\u00eda o no haberlo hecho.”<\/p>\n

Me dio una lecci\u00f3n, de esas magistrales, que se te graban para toda la vida.<\/p>\n

Felicidades, Patri. Eres una campeona.<\/p>\n
